All orders for goods placed by you via email shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details have been provided correctly. Prices shown for products on the site are not inclusive of delivery charge. You will be advised of the cost of delivery on the website at the time your order is accepted.

All products offered are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of the products listed. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Alcohol can only be ordered for delivery to a residential or business address. Delivery, which requires a signature, will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age.

We must receive full payment for all costs, including delivery, before your order can be accepted. Once the payment has been received by us, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Payment is made through BACS and receipt of email will be acknowledged electronically.
